We want you to be thrilled with your order!! So if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) from our stores, please read this page thru. Also, here's the deal on shipping, UPS GROUND can be slow. UPS does not ship on the weekend or to PO Boxes. If you want your package faster please select UPS AIR. Pease allow 2-3 weeks for Pleaser and Demonia handbags. We order these by the case and are unable to seperate the cases at our main warehouse. Don't worry it'll be worth the wait - the only way you'll get them faster is off of a shelf.
You may return new, unworn items within 15 days of delivery for a store credit or refund less shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in a new, unworn/unused condition. We'll also refund the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (wrong product/size/etc shipped by us).
Items that are NOT Return/Exchangeable:
Strap-On Sweetie does not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
* Panties or items with attached/included panties. Health regulations forbid the reselling of these items. We will accept babydolls or other items as long as the panties are still sealed in the original bag or are still attached to the garment. Opened panties simply cannot be resold (I'm sure you wouldn't want panties someone tried on!)
* Any product missing the original packaging, hang tags, or any part(s).
* Any product that has obviously been worn or used prior to return.
* Vollers Corsets - Each is custom made when you order it and are therefore not returnable or exchangeable.
* Any product shipped more than 15 days before your request.
* Products that have already been exchanged.
* Any product which states in the product description that it is "Not Returnable".
* Gift certificates.
* Clearance Items
Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return address. Shoes and some items are returned to the manufacturer for faster processing, so please do not ship back items before you receive the return address information. Items returned without an RMA number are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned that are not approved will be not be refunded.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged Items
All items are inspected before shipping and are fully insured. If an item is damaged during shipping you need to file a damage request below so that we may contact the shipping company for pick up and inspection of the damaged item. Please save the packing materials of damaged items for the shipping company inspection.
Processing Time
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center and credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (this varies depending on your bank). New item is shipped based on availability from the manufacturer once your return has been received and inspected. Clearance items are not guaranteed to be available. Due to the nature of their low price those items availability fluctuate within the day. Even though our inventory is updated daily a clearance item may become unavailable within that day. If this is the case we will upgrade your order to an equivalent item.
International Orders
International orders may take longer to ship. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or duties that may be implemented. |
